Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on the 'buy' button to place items into your shopping cart and on the product name for the product information page. After you have finished your selection click on "CheckOut" and you will be guided through the checkout procedure. To edit a quantity click on "View Basket"
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate, however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order.
We accept all major credit and dedit card payment and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |
| Shipping And Handling Any order placed online that has a value of over £25.00 will be delivered FREE. This applies to supplements ONLY. Orders that contain any equipment or special offers ( including supplements ) and products in our Best Sellers section, will be charged Postage accordingly. |
Delivery Schedule Delivery on supplements is FREE to the UK Mainland for all orders over £25. This offer does NOT apply to Europe, Irish Republic, N. Ireland and the rest of the world and to the purchase of weights, multigyms or gym accessories.
Delivery in the UK mainland is normally within 3 days and to other destinations within 7 days. Some larger equipment such as home gym equipment, cycles and other such might take up to 10 days. Every effort is made to keep to this schedule however in certain cases items that are ordered are out of stock and have to be back ordered. In these circumstances delivery will generally take up to 21 days but we will email you informing you of the delay. Our delivery days are from Monday to Fridays. Orders taken on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday, Bank holidays excepted. WE NOW ALSO DELIVER SUPPLEMENTS TO THE USA EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE.
If your order consists of large or bulky items such as multi gyms, benches or likewise all deliveries are to the UK ONLY and to ground floor level only and we cannot guarantee that our carriers will deliver to an upstairs location. Due to the size of some delivery vehicles we MUST be informed of ANY restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle. This includes but not limited to steps, any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. |

Returns Policy We are covered by the UK Governments Distance Selling Regulations and as such all our customers are entitled to a refund of the cost of goods supplied excluding postage and packaging provided that within seven days of receiving the goods they:
1. Provide us with written notice of cancellation. 2. Return the goods postage paid to us unopened in its original packaging 3. If goods are not received on delivery and are not subsequently collected from your local postal depot a charge of £7.50 will be made to cover costs of goods being returned to us.
